Versa has lines on display

The screen is turning on but it displays a few lines and would not function at all. I am wondering what's happening?

Hi,
I tried to restart the device. It did but display  on the device is same. No logo or any symbol is visible except whitish color on the screen. However, I try to turn it off and on the same result.
What more can be done.
