Hi.

My Versa has stopped measuring my heart rate. I have tried restarting it, but IT did not help. I can not find where the heart rate settings with auto or off are, either; just the heart rate zones settings (and those are okey). Can anybody help me out here?

Hello @Mete and welcome to the Help forums.  Is the green light still flashing?  If you take your Versa off your wrist, the light will turn off.  If you cover the light with your fingertip, it will come back on momentarily.  If the light is not flashing, you need to contact Support.

There is also a setting on the device itself.  Swipe to the left until you get to Settings.  Tap that and swipe up until you get to Heart Rate.  Make sure it is On.  I know it sounds crazy to need to check this, but the touch screen is very sensitive -- I started the Exercise app in my sleep with random arm movements, so anything is possible.
