Hi fitbit, i am having issue with 3 items

1. Syncing issue on android takes a lot of time. I always need to restart my device.

2. Notification on my versa can't be cleared. Is there a more simple way other than restarting my versa?

3. My replies via versa shows 3 to 4 consecutive repetitive message even my recipient got the same amount of replies.

Hope to get a positive response.

Thank you!

Hello @Red_MarshMarlon welcome to the Fitbit Community. 😄

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. I would like to provide you some insight about the points you're raising:

  1. Which phone are you currently using? Is it listed as a supported device? If so,  I would like to suggest you to check the following:

    • Make sure the latest version of the Fitbit app is installed on your phone.
    • The software on your mobile device is up to date. To check, tap Settings > General > Software Update.
    • Make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices around as they might interfere with the syncing process
    • Check that your Fitbit device's battery isn't critically low.

If your device still won't sync, try these steps:

    1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
    2. Go to Settings > Bluetooth and turn Bluetooth off and back on.
    3. Open the Fitbit app.
    4. If your Fitbit device didn't sync, restart your phone again.
    5. Open the Fitbit app.
    6. If your Fitbit device didn't sync, restart it one more time.
    7. If your Fitbit device won't sync after the restart, log in to your Fitbit account on a different phone, tablet, or computer and try to sync.
    8. If your Fitbit device still doesn’t sync, remove all other Fitbit devices from your account and from the list of connected Bluetooth devices on your mobile device and try to sync.

  2. For the time being, while our team works on a resolution, please restart your Versa to clear the Notifications in it.
  3. Thanks for bringing this to our attention, I'll make sure to forward this information to our team so they can take a better look at this situation.

Once we have more information to share with you, we will make sure to post it here in the official Forums. Thanks for your patience and understanding, have a great day!

Hi Marco, thanks for the response. Im using galaxy note 9. Btw syncing with apple devices (iphone5) is much easier and way quicker than android. Dont have to restart the device. Hoping this can be addressed for us android users. Thanks!! ✌😊
