Versa heart rate and steps issues

My Fitbit Versa doesn't show my heart rate or steps, says it's undefined. I have wasted 2 days trying to fix this problem, time I could have spent exercising!

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. Could you please be more specific about the issue you are having? Aren't you seeing this information on the Fitbit app or on the Versa? Which steps have you tried so far?

I am having the same issue with neither steps nor heart rate showing in my Versa. It just started today. I've had my Versa since Mother's Day 2018. My steps show up on the Fitbit app and other apps that I've linked to my Versa but not on my device itself. I just shows 0 for the steps and heart rate. Is my Versa broken or is there a fix for this issue?

@Kimothy122 @L8 Can you see the heart rate and steps within Today app on your versa? Swipe up to open it. If you see the stats there, then it is not your Versa that is faulty. It might be the clockface you're using. Please switch to one of the Fitbit original clockfaces and check if the issue still persists. If yes, please reboot your tracker several times by pressing and holding left and bottom right buttons until fitbit logo flashes.
