My Versa (purchased June 2018) has stopped tracking my heart rate during exercise. After 2 days on the phone with customer service and going through all of their suggestions including a factor reset - the device is still not working correctly. Evidently this has been an issue since May and the engineers have yet to resolve the problem. Six months to fix a standard feature??? So disappointed to see that Fitbit has such little regard for their customers' satisfaction.
