My versa does not have the light on the back anymore. The screen is black on front. The screen lights up when on the charger only. I was wearing it. It was fine, had charge then it went black. Now it won't charge back up.
Hi @Birchey , when your buttons still work try restarting your Versa with the two buttons method and see if that solves the problem. If not, call Customer Support. Regards kuzibri
