Versa heart rate not working.

Hi all.

 

My Versa heart rate isn't working. I've checked and it is set to on, I've also done a hard reset.

 

Can anyone help?

Hi @Robo82  Is the green light flickering rapidly on the back of the Versa? Try turning the HR off on the versa's settings app, restart the Versa several times, and turn HR back on. If it is still not working please come back here.

My replacement Versa stopped working last week, heart rate erractic up at 160 whilst sitting down at work, sleep stopped tracking as well due to heart rate issues.

 

Checked the back of the watch and condensation in the sensor so that's the reason its not working. I done reset / turned on and off and factory reset.

 

Now this morning I have the black screen of death, watch is still working as I can feel it vibrating but screen is gone, waiting on my replacement.

I did yes.

 

I turned it off, reset it 5 times then turned it on. No change unfortunately.
