Hi,
My Fitbit Versa stopped tracking my heart rate yesterday. It's still counting my steps, syncing, and receiving notifications. The green light on the sensor is no longer lighting up. I've tried restarting it, but it still isn't working. 😞

Hi there! Not the OP but I just bought my Versa 2 today, brand new. Unfortunately since the moment I turned it on I haven’t been able to pick up a heart rate. I’ve completed everything on the troubleshooting list and nothing has worked, including the reset. 😞

Hi, I tried everything in the link you provided. Including switching the band, switching the arm it's on, restarting, shutting down completely, and ultimately factory resetting it. Still, I'm not getting any heart rate data and the green light on the sensor hasn't come on again.

I have been having same problem. Phoned customer service and they told me there is an issue with the heart rate monitor. They are working on it. Mine would go from 70 to 170 and then to 110 in a matter of seconds.

Is your sleeping tracking all right? I had exactly the same problem this month with sleeping and heart rate not tracking. Green and red lights gone, the rest working ok. I restarted and did factory reset for weeks.
I contacted customer support and I am finally getting a replacement.

This sounds like what's happening with mine, no sleep tracking or HR tracking.

Since posting, my HR tracker is working intermittently during the day but not at night, so I’m not getting any sleep insights. Kind of frustrating
