The heart rate sensor of my Fitbit versa stop flashing in green, only a red light stays on and stop measuring my heartbeat. I tried some of the solutions I found in this forum but no one has worked.

Hi @Paulo_HCR, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that the heart rate sensor of your Fitbit Versa stopped working and it stopped tracking your heart rate. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

In order to avoid providing the same information, please let me know what troubleshooting steps you have tried. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
