Heart rate monitor stopped working The LED isnt flashing i tried factory resetting resr shutdown evaruthing but it still isnt working and every other feature is working properly

I have the same too. Today it stopped counting calories too. Tried the reset and it hasn't worked.

Thanks for restarting your device before posting over here. Just to clarify, are you having a heart rate tracking issue with your Fitbit device or the issue itself is with the calories burned amount? Which Fitbit device are you using? More information and details will be appreciated.

Yeah I tried alll those methods but it still isnt working its been 5days since it stopped working it doesnt even count calories and heart rate

It's both.

To be begin with, the heart rate monitor was showing peak rates 24 hours a
day for a week. I then followed the reset that did not sort it out although
yesterday it stopped working altogether.

I noticed the calorie function had stopped yesterday whilst on a walk. I am
guessing the two are linked as there is no effort to any exercise now.

Yesterday, I noticed whilst on a 2 hour walk that the calorie counter was not working. I assume it's linked as no effort is being recorded.

This affecting me too - versa 2. Heart rate tracking kept stopping from about 5 days ago. It would start again for a while when I restarted the fitbit. I have tried resetting but now the heart rate monitor will not come on at all.

I have a Fitbit versa2. For the last 2 days, my watch has randomly stopped reading my heart rate. I’ve been reading your recommendations online and checked all the settings and have restarted my device. When I restart it, it reads it fine for a little while, maybe an hour or 2, but then it stops again. When it stoped reading my heart rate, the green light at the back is absent. I’m unsure what more to do.

My BPM is showing two dashes, and has been every since I restarted it.
Prior to restarting it, it only showed my BPM as 61. It never changed.

I appreciate you all addressing this as it is impacting my tracking with my
health care officials.
