Versa heart rate

My versa will no longer pick up my heart rate. Shut it off and restarted it and didn't do any good

The same thing happened with me. I did a factory reset as well and that didn't help either

Guess I will have to send it in. Got it as a gift and I think it is still under warranty. This probably will be fun.
