My versa would not sync with the app. I went through all the trouble shooting steps. And the final one was to factory reset it. Well did just that and now I can not get my the app to set up a new device. It can not found my versa. It is very upsetting and frustrating. It is on the charger and fully charged. I even tried it with a different device and it is still not working. I can not even use it as a watch. I have tried it on my LG phone and my amazon fire tablet.

Hi @Cutemoose What is the LG Phone you are using? It is unlikely to work with the Fire.

@NellyG it is a LGl83BL. It worked prefect before the latest firmware update to the versa.
