Hoping someone can help. My GPS tracking is all over the place, completely inaccurate and not even close to what i am actually running.
I am running in open air, GPS connected to watch, WIFI on my phone turned off. I am using a Samsung Galaxy S7. I have tried resetting my versa on several occasions and pairing/unpair to no avail. I am very frustrated and am considering returning the watch if I cannot find a fix. I follow a similar route every time and the mapped run is all over the place (zigzagging up and down and back again) and each run is showing completely different to each other....

Hello @laurap023 and a warm welcome. A zig-zag map all over the place usually means a missed setting on your phone (fully compatible, I checked). Here is link to a help article about troubleshooting GPS problems. I am an iPhone user. I wish I had specific advice, but I know that there are settings differences between Android and iOS.

Thanks so much for your advice. I figured out the problem- I had power saving mode switched on which was restricting background apps from running. I have now switched it off and GPS tracking correctly! Very happy and relieved there is nothing wrong with the device 🙂
