My Versa is over a year old and always worked perfectly and suddenly the last three days I’m getting more than 7 miles credited for 10,000 steps . Until Monday I would get 4.6 or 4.8 miles for that amount . So far today I have 3000 steps which it says is 7.7 miles. I turned it off; looks the same; I did a restart and still no change. I’m five feet tall, so this alll wrong! What can I do?

Hello @Maxivon is this during a walk with GPS on,  or your steps during the day.

Have you rechecked your personal settings? Or your stride setting?

Does the mileage in the app agree with the mileage on Fitbit.com?

My Stride and environment, terrain etc have not changed since last week . My steps are the same number but it is only the mileage that has changed - not in the usual way - say 4.8 one day & 5 miles the next .

Have you checked to see if anything changed in your settings?

When saying your stride hasn't change,  I'm not sure if it is your side setting,  or the way you walk.

When you take a walk,  is the distance correct?
