Versa interval timer defaults to 30/10

I’ve been trying to change the interval timer. It looks like I’ve successfully changed it on the app on my phone, then it defaults back to 30 seconds and 10 seconds. Help!

Exact same issue here.

 

If I go to he iOS App, I cannot update the interval times. I change them in the app and confirm they are changed. Once I force a sync, the times revert back to 30/10 and the Versa is never updated.

 

iOS 13.2.3

Fitbit iOS App 3.10 (896)

Fitbit Versa 68.9.15
