I bought a versa in November 2018. In April 2019, it stopped working so I had to get a replacement. The replacement stopped working two weeks ago. Two verses that couldn’t make it a year. Call Customer Service for help. They “troubleshoot” but nothing. I informed them that the same issue happened with the model that I purchased in 2018 but that fact was not taken into account. I was outside of the warranty for a couple of months so I was offered a discount code to buy another Fitbit. I have owned several Fitbit models in the past and all have given me trouble. This is definitely the last Fitbit I will ever purchase— Apple Watch here I come!
