Versa is constantly pausing

My Fitbit is constantly pausing.  And the app on phone is not same as what’s on watch

Please provide me with more details about the issues experienced with the Versa and the Fitbit app, and let me know what troubleshooting steps you've tried prior posting. If possible, try attaching a screenshot in your reply, as that will help me to take a deeper look.

In the meantime, I'd recommend to restart your Versa, and make sure the Fitbit app and your Versa are updated to the latest version.
