Versa not turning on

I see in the forum that the Versa not turning on even after you charge and reset is not unusual. My question is how do I make contact to customer service to move forward with getting it fixed.

I'm having the same issue with my versa... When I plug it into the charger it goes on fully charged I wear it but then it just goes off and I cant get it on please help

I'm also having the same problems.. Only got the versa yesterday & I've already spent hours trying to get it to turn on... Please someone help me out, support services from Fitbit is extremely unsatisfactory

@LizaWitt @rashoak and @Jamesmcd1996, please confirm that you've followed these steps. Thanks for letting me know about your Versa, I'm just wondering if green light on the back is still blinking. If not, I'd recommend to try the following steps:

 

  1. Clean the gold contacts on your device and charging cable.
  2. Restart your Versa one more time.
  3. Try a different USB port or a UL-certified wall charger.

My husband and I both have the versa - we got them last Christmas. His all of a sudden shut off. I followed all steps listed and still nothing. The app syncs with it when it is on the charger, but the screen will not turn on and it was fully charger when it randomly shut off. Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks @YojanaFitbit I went through the help function and chatted to Mark, he assisted me with a few checks and I will be receiving a new one soon under warranty
