I woke up this morning to over 35000 steps counted on my Fitbit. I did not even wear it to bed so just wondering what’s going on??

Is the Fitbit near a vibration source like a fan, dehumidifier, or even a computer CPU? It can see the vibration as steps and add false steps.
You can enter a driving record to get rid of them

This has happened to me too...but FYI Fitbit, the Driving record does NOT delete it.
