Hi, I have been using my Versa (first Edition) from past 4-5 months and it has been great and one of the best tracker in market considering accuracy in heart rate monitoring, superb battery life, best in class user experience, etc.
Since I updated it 2 days ago, all my above experiences gone upside down. This device has now tons of software issues, some of them I mentioned below:
1) One click start of a device is gone which is a huge MINUS.
2) The battery life from 4-5 days gone down to 16-20 hrs.
3) Lags while swiping different screens.
4) Notification glitches.
**PLEASE NOTE** if you have not updated your VERSA yet, I request you not to do it PLEASE. I have done a huge mistake in my life updating my VERSA without checking this forum.

I totally understand how you feel about the issues that your Versa is currently having and I'm sorry about the experience you've had with it. We appreciate your feedback and I would like to help you in order to turn the bad experience into a good experience.
I'd like you to try some troubleshooting steps that have been helpful.
In order to improve the battery life of your watch, please follow the tips listed in this help article. After this, restart your watch as described in this help page. Then, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the swiping issue gets fixed.
Regarding the notifications issue, please let me know what is the brand and model of your phone. In the meantime, follow the troubleshooting steps listed in this help article and see if the issue gets fixed as well.
