My son locked my versa by entering the wrong pin, how can I factory reset the whole watch? I cannot unlock it in my app

Hi @Kimdawn19 Dont try to factory reset as that wont solve anything and create even more problems! What exactly happens when you try to unlock it from the app? I accidently locked mine once and unlocking from the app worked well.
