Versa is not always receiving notifications

Hello, I have a Fitbit versa lite and I did an update a month or so ago. Since then my watch doesnt always receive notifications, when it does it does not always vibrate. I've checked my settings to ensure the apps I would like to alert me are selected, and ensure always vibrate is on. I'm not sure what else to do.
