None of the buttons are working on my versa and i am stuck on the screen that says source to add music... unable to do a reset because none of the buttons appear to be working... it’s still tracking steps but i can’t get off this screen.

I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since the buttons are not working properly. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums. Please try using a toothpick around each button in order to remove any dust or moisture that may be affecting the functionality of your watch.
After this, try the restart process as described in this help article and see if the issue gets fixed.
