Versa is not charging

I've tried EVERYTHING to get my Versa to charge with no luck! It is definitely on the charge correctly. I've restarted it multiple times. I've tried different outlets and different plug ins for other devices into the outlet. Nothing seems to work. I've only had it a week and it's not dirty at all etc. HELP! I'm at 16% now 😞
