Versa is not charging

I let my battery die down and charged, but can't wake up my Versa 2.

Hi @cathyoc, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! Since you mentioned that your Versa 2 won't turn on, I would like to know if it vibrates when you put it on the charger.

 

In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
