What do I do now that the versa basically refuses to work with my one plus three. Nothing syncs. Been trying forever. I need to be refunded

It seems to be a bit hit or miss with that phone. Looking at the following thread some have had success with syncing, other have no luck and there seems to be a particular issue with notifications

This is probably why it's not on the list of supported devices at www.fitbit.com/devices
In terms of a refund then you'd need to contact the retailer you got your versa from. Fitbit only offer a refund for products bought direct from fitbit.com and within 45 days.
