Versa is not getting text notifications

I got a new phone-iPhone Xr, and now my text messages won’t go to my Versa lite. I have tried everythinggg! I do get phone calls through just not the text.

In order to avoid providing the same information, please let me know what troubleshooting steps you have tried.

In the meantime, try the workarounds that are listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, monitor your notifications that see if your Versa receives them.

I have tried forgetting device in Bluetooth setting and reconnecting, deleting app and re-installing. Checked to make sure notifications are on on both phone & watch

Did you happen to get it working. I’m not sure why they are acting like this isn’t an issue. Everyone I know that has Versa isn’t receiving text notifications. I also get all other notifications including calls. I have done everything you have.

My Versa won't even send any phone notifications! No texts, no notifications, no alerts, no calls. I've done all of the above. Getting a little fed up since I've had this less than 6mo. 🤦‍:female_sign:🤦‍:female_sign:🤦‍:female_sign:

I got it working finally, I had in my text notifications on phone “show on lock screen” off. I had to turn it on and now it’s working.

Sadly that’s not my issue or the other people I know it’s happening to.

STILL NOT RECEIVING TEXTS ON MY WATCH. And I just did every step all over again. This is ridiculous. What a waste of money. And I just cracked the screen and I’m seeing you don’t replace screens. What the heck is this?!
