In the last week or so my Fitbit has stopped mapping my walks even though I am and walking the same area, the walk is 8km and always has been and when I get home the map/exercise tracker in the app says 8km but when I end the walk in my app and sync it is only showing 7kms and the map is no longer appearing in exercise section.

I was able to get in touch with our Support team in regards to the mapping issue that your Versa experienced and was told that they assisted you via chat and email. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided. Don't hesitate to get back if any question arises.
