Versa is not receiving notifications!

After I did the update I am not receiving any notifications on my Versa! Seriously Fitbit get it together!!!!! It’s one problem after the other with this thing.

Please let me know what is the brand and model of your Versa. Also, I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, monitor your Versa and see if the notifications work properly.

It would also be helpful to know which update was performed, the fitbit App, a phone update or an update to the Versa. And which phone model.
