Versa is not receiving text notifications

I am having a problem receiving text notification but can receive phone calls. I’ve tried all of the suggestions posted but wondered if anyone else has come up with a solution on how to fix this?

Please let me know what is the brand and model of your phone. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.

I have the iPhone 8. I’ve tried them all and still not getting anything.
Yesterday I was at least getting phone calls. I’m not getting texts,
reminders and apps such as Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat even though I
toggled them on in my Fitbit settings.

I have an iPhone 6 and like everyone else, when I updated to the latest iOS my texts stopped coming through on my Fitbit versa. All other notifications work, just not the texts. I’ve done all the troubleshooting steps repeatedly but to no avail. What do I do next?

I too am having an issue receiving text notifications on my Versa. I receive call notifications but not texts. This seemed to start after installing an update on my watch. For some reason I no longer see “Notifications” as an option to select in my settings menu. Would really like for my Versa to work the way it was prior to the update.
