Fitbit what happening with your syncing !
I have to restart my phone , restart my watch and in the end it doesn't work .
Anyone planning to purchase the watch pls don't they have syncing issues .
The watch is good but the connection for Bluetooth and notification sucks big time.

Hi there, I used to have trouble syncing my versa on my iPhone but (touch wood) I have not had a problem in ages. However this could be because I do not sync continuously, just when I have charged the versa. I always turn Bluetooth off, then on again with versa in range. I must just have a well behaved versa I think.

I am totally sick of restarting my Versa to make it synch with my android phone. Seems to happen when I don't keep my phone and watch within 10 metres all the time! I do all the steps recommended but it comes down to a restart every time. Please come up with a patch Fitbit.

I constantly have trouble with my Fitbit Versa syncing. I don't have time or desire to shut off devices several times, disconnect devices, reconnect devices, etc. I just want my Versa to sync like a normal tracker would. Syncing my Versa is a daily struggle that I just don't have time for. Do you have a real fix for this problem or can I get a replacement watch that actually works?

I have the same problem, I hope customer support responds with the status of what is being done to correct this problem. As an alternative does Fitbit have a tracker watch that works correctly that we can swap with?

I do not work for Fitbit, but after they basically dismissed me, I went to work to find a solution for myself. Please see my post below. I have posted a fix that has worked for me flawlessly for 2 months now. And I found it in a matter of minutes.

sorry but it is absurd to have to go through all this to sync this thing, it works then it doesn't for no apparent reason... seriously considering junking this and going with a different brand

This is ridiculous! It's been well over a year that I have been having syncing issues. Why cant yall just fix what appears to be a bug in the app???

Agreed and this shouldn't be marked "solved" maybe "unresolved" as it is still an issue. Syncing with my phone is sporadic at best and manually have to do it twice back to back to get it to sync.

Pay good money for a good phone,pay for an.expensive tracker ,get let down by poor technology and even worse customer support ,diabolical
Do not buy a Versa .. nothing but bluetooth sync issues ,also dispense with downloading 3rd party clock providers !

Just as a side note, my fitbit has had issues since November 2019 - Versa - and the best answer i get from their customer support is "we're working on resolving the issue with no time frame available". So basically an answer saying "tough, it is what it is and we're not going to fix it"

I have gone through the troubleshooting steps several times over the last few weeks since the firmware update. I've lost hours to this, I can only get it to work for about an hour and then it's gone again. Out of time no sync, nothing.
Is there any idea of a time frame for the recent firmware update reaching everyone?
I know it's a long shot that this will fix it plus I need to get my versa to sync in the first place to get the update but I'm hoping this fixes it. I'm seriously thinking of buying a new fitness tracker as this is extremely frustrating. Any help will be welcomed.
