Versa is not syncing nor receiving notifications

My watch is useless, tells me the time and my daily fitness info and that's it.

No notifications, no connection and no fitness data history.

This has been an issue since the beginning of the and as of yet Fitbit have failed to rectify it even after numerous emails.

I believe the watches have a 2year warranty and at this moment in time I would rather have my money back than a replacement, neither of which have I been offered.

I won't be recommending to anyone, I will be telling them to stay clear and choose a different brand.

Hi there @Honey-Maroney, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear about the connectivity issues you've been having with your Versa since you first got it, I understand how you must be feeling about this. Thanks for the details provided in your post, I'll be glad to help you.

Please note that our main purpose is to avoid negative experiences to our customers, we're always willing to help and provide troubleshooting steps. Our products are indeed designed and made to last (this goes for each product component) however, there is not an infallible way to ensure that no issues will be present in the long run. Because of this, our Warranty Policy is set into providing as much coverage as we can. This article will also provide you information regarding your inquiry about getting your money back.

While reading your post I was wondering if the mobile device you're syncing with is included in our list of supported devices? You can see the list at: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?

Keep in mind that your Versa may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or if it has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit grabs the time of the device you're syncing with.

If your watch has not recently synced, follow these troubleshooting steps: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?. For the notifications, please see: Why are notifications delayed or missing?
