For the last few days my Fitbit Versa is not syncing properly, deleting steps, and won’t pair or connect to Bluetooth or WiFi. I have tried to shut it off, uninstalling the Fitbit app and reinstalling, I have tried to setup the Fitbit again and I’ve done a factory reset and nothing works. I’ve only had the this Versa for 3 weeks! Help!

I tend to find that my Bluetooth connection keeps dropping out with my Versa. Today it wasn't connected and its taken me almost 2.5 hrs to finally connect it...Im not sure if its a fibit issue or I have a crappy device that needs replacing as most of the time it cant even find our wifi.

I repeatedly have issues with my Versa not syncing. Right now, the last sync was Jan.7th, over a week ago. Plus it no longer holds the charge for more than a day or two. I will never get another one.

It is less than a year old, but the problems started within a couple of months of purchase. In the beginning, the charger had to be replaced, then the syncing problems started in earnest. Now it won’t hold its charge or sync. I’m not impressed. A waste of $300.
