I had the same problem, but mine was a brand new Versa. I couldn't get any of the troubleshooting tips to work. I finally exchanged the one which didn't work for a new one. The new one works 100% of the time so I think I had a defective one (everything was a struggle and I don't know how I ever got it set up in the first time because it failed so many times before I could set it up). It only worked for about 6 hours after I finally got it set up, then it would not sync no matter what I did. I am only mentioning it because maybe yours is new too.

My Fitbit Versa has been working fine since December, 6 days ago it stopped Syncing, I have tried Uninstalling and re-installing the app on my LG Stylo 4 as well as My Samsung Tablet, I have not been able to restore function, I have restarted the watch by holding down the Left Button and the Lower Right button a number of times. The clock has also lost about 1.5 hours.
