Versa is not syncing

my Versa isn't connecting  n syncing  saying device not  found , time on fitbit is wrong  , all stats are incorrect

Ich habe das selbe Problem ! 
Ich habe mein iPhone und die Versa Lite neu gestartet, Bluetooth mehrmals aus gemacht und sogar die Fitbit App neu installiert. Mehr Ideen habe ich dazu nicht gefunden. 
ich bitte um schnelle Hilfe !

I have done all this too an still nothing  its saying it sync at one point 7 hours ago  but clearly  hasn't and all states rain wrong
