Versa is not recording heartrate & not registering footsteps. Can sync but not registering any function except Time^

As @SunsetRunner has suggested, please restart your Versa as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Have you tried restarting your Fitbit Versa? Look here to see how to do so properly: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm You won’t lose data restarting your Fitbit.
