Versa is not tracking sleep automatically

Please help before I return. My Versa spc edition will not track sleep without turning on sleep mode on my phone. Does NOT track by itself, at all. Should I exchange it? Really like all features, but sleep was one of the reasons I purchased.

@Kickgirl71 It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa special edition since it's not tracking your sleep automatically.

 

Please make sure that your Versa is not being worn too tight. In addition, please check out this help article and follow the process described in order to get your sleep tracked.

 

Finally, restart your Versa as instructed in this help page. After this, check out if the issue gets fixed.

Thx for the reply. Ive reported the issue to Fitbit 3x, restarted my Versa 10x, and it simply doesn't work unless I start "sleep mode" on my phone. It isn't automatic. For 2 weeks I am just trying to figure out why or if my Versa is defective. Fitbit really can't say. What do you think?Kickgirl 71Sent from my Sprint Samsung Galaxy S8+.
