Versa is not tracking steps

My watch will only register floors not steps.

Hi @Janntann, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it stopped tracking steps.

 

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your steps taken. Finally, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if it tracks your steps properly.
