Versa stopped receiving notifications

My versa has stopped getting notification- although occasionally they appear and then vanish. Any idea? I have checked all settings, deleted and re done the APP. nothing is working. Really fed up with the watch now! Not Versa 2

Constantly  getting the nothing new here message. Last chance salon for this watch- Apple next stop!
