Versa is stuck on tracker screen

I did everything shut down phone shut down versa disconnected Bluetooth forgot device deleted app. Still nothing stuck on tracker screen

@Rissreck Welcome! It's nice to have you on board! Sorry to hear about your Versa being stuck. Are you able to press the button to navigate to different screens and it gets back to the tracker screen? If you can try doing a factory reset on your Versa (go to settings, about, Factory Reset). If you can't the restart it again and try setting it up as a new device.
