There was a Fitbit Versa update a couple of months ago, and since then my Fitbit isn't working correctly.
- it no longer registers new messages, Whatsapps, emails etc. when it used to
- my runs are logging incorrectly (I use GPS) I have done a couple of park runs and these have registered at just over 3k and I did a 10k race, and this logged at just over 7k. I know this is incorrect!
I never had any problems before the update and it just doesn't seem to be working properly at all. Really frustrating!

I'm sorry to hear that your Versa is not receiving notifications and it doesn't log your runs accurately when using GPS. I totally understand how you feel about this.
Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, check out and follow the steps listed in this help page, which explains how the GPS feature works on your Fitbit Versa.
Regarding the notifications issue, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. Finally, monitor your Versa for the next 24 hours and see if the issues get fixed.
