Versa is unresponsive after update

I had my Versa closr to 1 year now. I updated the device firmware on Saturday, and it was working fine afterwards. I even tracked a workout on Sunday. However, on Monday afternoon, suddenly the display is black and unresponsive. Green sensor is also off. Tried to restart by pressing down the back and right bottom button, but no response. Also tried pressing down all buttons, no response also. Tried charging it for around 3 hrs, and the display is black and still not responsive. HELP!

I had issues with a different model the last time I did an update and it stopped working completely! I contacted Customer Service by phone and as it was 2 days past the warranty they would only offer me 35% discount to buy a new one; I am NOT doing this update as I know exactly what will happen. Customer Service is NO GOOD & this will be the last FitBit I buy! Contact CS to see what they offer to do to help you out! Good luck though 😬👎😢💔
