I have a One Plus 6T and my Versa stopped showing notifications (whatsapp and Instagram) about a month ago. When I enter the App to set them up it says "Notification service not running. A phone restart is required to re-enable notifications on your tracker", but I've tried restarting both the phone, the Versa and the Bluetooth but it's still not working.

Thanks for troubleshooting this notifications issue. Keep in mind that in order to have a successful connection between your watch and phone, it needs to be a compatible mobile device. If you want to check if your phone is compatible, I recommend checking the help article: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?.
When a device isn't compatible, it doesn't mean that it won't work with your Versa, but you might experience some connectivity issues. You can always try the instructions in the article: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone but I don't guarantee it will work 100%.
