Versa isn't showing me my text messages anymore

So on Saturday of June 22, 2019 I was using my Fitbit versa as normal and I've noticed that every time I was getting a text message or phone call, my Versa wouldn't respond to it from my phone. I'm using an Iphone 8 and I've looked through a large number of different forums here about the same issue and nothing has worked on my end. I reset my phone, the watch, reconnected each of them, etc. I know my phone isn't the problem as my air pods connect perfectly still and the 100% sure it was the watch that is having some type of error as I'm still getting notifications from the other apps that are on my phone to the watch with no problems but I can't receive calls or text messages on my watch. Please grant assistance!

Let me help you with your notifications on your Versa and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. You can try the following:

 

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device.
  • You can find additional suggestions here.
