I've had my Versa for less than a year and a few months ago this thing went crazy. My versa started overheating on my arm. I'm talking about burning. Called the company and they were supposed to send me a box to return it. They asked a million and one questions and I even had the receipt. Guess what ya'll still no box to return it. What kind of customer service is this. Like I'm really upset. And all I keep getting is the run around.
