I have had my fitbit less than a year. Over the past couple of weeks it has been turning off and on all by itself several times an hour. I can check the time one minute and next thing I know it is turning off. It went from that to now my touch screen doesn't work. I read forums and googled suggestions and tried EVERYTHING.

Turn it off and back on.... ✔

Restart it.... ✔

Go back to a fitbit watch face.... ✔

Factory reset it.... ✔

I am starting to get irritated because I am not one that frivolously spends money nor do I have the means to replace a $200 fitbit every year. After everything I've done the touch screen STILL doesn't work! This should not be happening! What the heehaw is going on with my fitbit?

Good Luck getting help.  I had so many problems with my Versa 2 that I returned it to Costco and purchased an Apple watch.  Unfortunately I had subscribed to the premium program and they will not refund my money, even though the product did not work!!!

I contacted fitbit.... Yes! Did I get my issue resolved.... No! Even though my fitbit is not a even a year old it is out of warranty and there is NOTHING that can be done. I have been told it is defective. I was given a coupon off of a new purchase BUT I must use it in 30 days.  HOWEVER, I purchased that fitbit with money I had saved. Hard earned money! I don't have the money to throw away to get another fitbit to risk it being defective in less than a year again. $200 is a lot for me!! I am VERY unhappy about this!

I am sorry they didn’t help you either. I was lucky Costco is so good about returns. I will never buy another FitBit product. I purchased an Apple Watch and have had no problems, seems like a lot more money, but is it? I had 3 Fitbit’s, and the subscription. Pretty much the cost of my Apple Watch! I wish I would have purchased the Apple Watch first!!
