Can you help please.

my versa is 8 months old.

i have manual wake up on. When I click the button to wake it up, it turns on for a second and then the screen goes off and then comes on again. When I try to tap the screen to go through the menu to see the date, steps etc the screen goes black and then turns on again but doesn’t change what’s on the screen.

we have done a reset but it’s no different. Help please!!!!!

Hi, first of all set you display to automatic by pressing the left button for about 2 secs. The automatic mode will not drain your battery more than everytime pressing the left button. Before doing that, restart your Versa several times in a row (4 to 5 times) by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons.
