Hi,
I got my Versa 3 for Christmas. I’m having issues tracking walks from my Fitbit.
Every walk that I’ve tracked I’ve looked down at my watch and found that it’s paused itself.
I’ve tried resetting my Fitbit, I tried wearing it higher up my wrist. I turned the vibrations to ‘strong’ in case I was missing it pausing and alerting me and it does not vibrate when it pauses, it just seems to do it randomly.
if I bend my wrist towards my Fitbit it doesn’t even touch the button so I’m sure the button isn’t getting pressed accidentally (and I would feel the vibration anyway, especially as I’m ‘listening’ for it)
it’s driving me nuts, any advice?
