Versa keeps restarting by itself

for the last few my vera keeps restarting. It goes blank and after a few minutes the Fitbit symbol pops up on my screen for a few minutes than the versa vibrates and is fine, After a few minutes it does it again. Anyone else having this issue.

Regarding the restarting issues that your Versa experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone. I'm so glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
