My Versa screen was not turning on at all so I tried Factory reset. Every time I do a factory reset or restart my versa, it turns on and the screen comes on as well, but immediately seconds later it goes back to 0% battery even though the charge is 100%. I don't understand why my versa keeps shutting down. It turns on properly after each factory rest or restart but immediately shuts down, even if it's constantly kept on charging. Please help.

Hi @Sarrahb - it is probable that battery needs charging and it's not actually charging when you put it on the charger.
If you see 100% battery in the Fitbit App look to see when that was in the time it last synced.
If the Factory reset fails the only thing you will see is 0% when you touch a button and its flat otherwise you will see nothing.
Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
Also reachable via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.
